Welcome to the online toolset provided by Quick and Easy Tech, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Wisconsin limited liability company. The Service provides a collection of online tools that are currently offered free of charge. We may display advertisements to users who are not paying subscribers through our Patreon membership. Users who become Patreon members at designated tiers may have the advertisements removed.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE (WHICH IS CURRENTLY ZERO FOR free users).
8. Termination
Quick and Easy Tech, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause and without notice. In the event of a breach of these Terms by you, we reserve the right to implement means to block you from using the site or to take injunctive action as necessary to prevent further breach.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be exclusively resolved through binding arbitration in Wisconsin in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to, the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such arbitration.
