Welcome to the online toolset provided by Quick and Easy Tech, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Wisconsin limited liability company. By accessing or using our website and the tools provided therein (the "Service"), you ("you" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

The Service provides a collection of online tools that are currently offered free of charge. We may display advertisements to users who are not paying subscribers through our Patreon membership. Users who become Patreon members at designated tiers may have the advertisements removed.

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

The Service processes any information you input directly on your device and does not store user-entered information on our servers.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Service, including but not limited to the design, software, code, graphics, and logos, are owned by and shall remain the property of Quick and Easy Tech, LLC. Your use of the Service grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any of our intellectual property.

By using the free version of the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you may be served advertisements. Your continued use of the free Service constitutes your consent to the display of these advertisements.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUICK AND EASY TECH, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE (WHICH IS CURRENTLY ZERO FOR free users).

8. Termination

Quick and Easy Tech, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause and without notice. In the event of a breach of these Terms by you, we reserve the right to implement means to block you from using the site or to take injunctive action as necessary to prevent further breach.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time without providing notice to you. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be exclusively resolved through binding arbitration in Wisconsin in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to, the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such arbitration.
